As an Ophthalmology Physician, I conduct assessments and examinations for Veterans to assist them in obtaining their VA benefits. My role emphasizes high-quality care with flexible appointment scheduling and efficient documentation practices. With the use of a web-based exam tool, I contribute to improving the health care experience for Veterans in Albuquerque.

Full time or Part-time, 2-5 days / week

$1600 / day

3-5 appts / day

No treating or prescribing

Assessment experience a plus but not required

When available, examinations begin with a review of the Veteran s medical history, which includes an abstract that highlights portions of the history applicable to the Veteran s claim, a visual field test, and dilated fundus exam.

Being flexible in the appointment scheduling process

Submitting electronic records within 24-hours of the exam
