Recruiting Coordinator

Location : West LA (Onsite 4 days / week)

Type : Temp, Temp  to Hire (3–6 Months)

Pay : $26–$27 / hour

Our agency is partnering with a leading entertainment company to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who will support their rapidly growing talent team. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment coordination experience— preferably within a recruiting / staffing agency-  who’s eager to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment . This position starts as temp with the potential to convert after 3–6 months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite)

Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks

Manage applicant tracking and candidate communication using Workday

Post job openings and support the full-cycle recruiting process

Partner closely with recruiters to maintain an active pipeline of candidates

Support sourcing efforts for future roles (a plus, not required)

Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar administrative talent support role

Recruitment agency experience preferred

Workday or ATS experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
