[job_card.job_description]Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identifying issues and modifying treatment plans as necessary. Tracking and documenting patient performance and progress responsive to therapy. Celebrating patient victories to motivate continued progress. Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
