Provide repair services. Qualifications skills include painting, general construction, service and repair, drywall, flooring, and little plumbing. General preventative (handyman) maintenance of facilities is also required. Strong customer service and problem solving skills are necessary. Submit paperwork for service visits on a daily basis. Maintain excellent communication with managers on job status and other issues. Purchase and manage material for truck inventory.

Compensation: $28,000 - $60,000 per year
