Print PE film for production of the plastic bags for millions of FDA Approved Breads, Tortillas, Potatoes, and more. We pride ourselves on quality.

Responsibilities :

• Must oversee press assistant and direct in completing responsibilities and training
• Set up and run various types of printing jobs including line and process
• Set impression and register on 8 color wide web sleeved, gearless presses
• Trouble shoots print problems
• Adjust press to maximize run speed
• Produce quality print
• Follow directions written and verbal
• Load and Unload print sleeves from press and storage racks
• Load and Unload rolls of material from press
• Check Ink viscosity every 10-15 minutes
• Tone inks to required PMS number as needed
• Clean print stations and ink pumps
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled
• Complete production paperwork
• Perform quality checks on printed rolls and save retains
• Responsible for the condition of press and work area
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Work safely at all times
