Design Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Design Operations Manager to streamline design processes and enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage design processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Facilitate design ceremonies and enhance team collaboration across product and engineering

Manage design systems and artifacts, ensuring consistency and effective handoff to engineering

Required Qualifications and Education

5+ years of experience in product or design, with 2-3 years in operations or program management

Strong understanding of product design and UX processes

Experience managing Figma workspaces and design systems at scale

Knowledge of UX research operations or research program management

Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
