Springfield, Oregon
We are seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative and compassionate team at the Riverbend Medical Pavilion Primary Care Clinic in Springfield, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a supportive, multi-specialty environment.
About the Role
- Provide primary care services for patients of all ages in a team-based setting.
- Work closely with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and integrated care team members.
- Enjoy access to on-site resources including lab, X-ray, social work, care management RN, and behavioral health support.
