This means more consistent and innovative marketing programming that extends the brand priorities and messages into the consumer’s world. Through a consumer-first approach, infused with creativity and testing, the North America Digital Marketing Team seeks to grow basketball culture through athlete-powered stories, elevated retail experiences and defiant ‘they did what!?’ Brand moments though our three main fields of play Sport, Streetwear, and Energy. This means we obsess the consumer, their needs and behaviors, and we do so to power up and manage the dynamic digital eco-system that builds our brand every day.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking to fill two roles: one with specific focus in Men’s Streetwear and the other will focus on Energy!

We’re looking for a Lead who is fluent in digital and has an interest in fashion, style and sport culture. This candidate should be passionate and knowledgeable about Jordan Brand while understanding the culture of Nike Inc’s flair for creativity and storytelling. This role demands an innovative problem solver that has an intimate understanding of the digital platforms and emerging spaces our Athletes* consume, as well as the role they play in creating energy during pulse of culture sports moments for product journeys and launches. We need someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects and build strong working relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role will include working within the broader Jordan Brand organization to plan future projects while collaborating across multiple workstreams at the same time, communicating with cross-functional partners and leading seasonal executions from beginning to end. You will translate brand, athlete, and seasonal strategies into marketing plans & executions to drive a consumer journey across digital partners. You will also serve as a creative thought partner to find new ways to attract, activate & retain new and prospective members. Key workstreams include, driving seasonal offense, ideating and building new consumer experiences, working closely with operations to map our key dates and gates, comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem across direct, social, integrated media and marketplace as well as improving marketing opportunities across digital owned channels (.com, Nike App, email and targeted push notifications).

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Our Lead will be working within the NA Jordan Brand Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Director, NA Digital Marketing. This person will partner with the Brand Marketing, Integrated Media and Organic Social teams to define strategy, build digital experiences and create content for execution. You will also work closely with the NA Direct & Marketplace teams to ensure business goals and answers against brand priorities as well as creative partners (and agencies as needed) in developing new and fresh content made specifically for the North American consumer.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Strong digital knowledge and digital marketing experience in digital owned platforms
  • Strong understanding of full funnel marketing as well as working knowledge of digital platforms including Apps, e-mail, .com, paid media, & social
  • Detail oriented & results oriented. This position requires someone who can plan ahead, think analytically, and develop recommendations for ideas or services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working an integrated marketing offense on a global led and/or GEO/City led level
  • Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required
  • Experience developing seasonal consumer direct marketing plans.
  • Ability to collaborate in high profile matrix oriented environment across various business functions.
