Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and parts according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate product assembly.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in assembly processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior assembly experience required; we will provide on-the-job training.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
