Position Mission
The Donor Communications Specialist plays a key role in furthering the mission of FOCUS (The Fellowship of Catholic University Students) by providing exceptional support to donors, missionaries, and staff. This team serves the broader FOCUS community with quality, timely service and joyful, mission-aligned communication, especially as it relates to donations and donor engagement.
The Specialist handles a wide variety of donation-related inquiries and communications, maintains donor records with precision, and assists with special projects to support the team’s operational excellence. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to serving with a cheerful spirit and a servant’s heart.

For this role, we anticipate paying $43,680 - $47,840/year. (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
Although not required, you may be invited to engage in Mission Partner Development (MPD)—a process of fundraising to support FOCUS’s mission—if you feel called to invite others to partner with you in this apostolate.
