• Wipe all surfaces and blinds
• Vacuum or sweep carpets, rugs, upholstery, and floors
• Wax floors and polish furniture
• Review cleaning specifications for each residence
• Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas following company checklists.
• Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain cleanliness throughout the home.
• Clean baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, and interior windows as needed.
• Scrub showers, tubs, sinks, and tile to ensure a high standard of sanitation.
• Clean inside appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, etc) for deep clean appointments.
• Greet clients professionally and address any concerns with kindness and clarity.
• Provide updates or recommendations regarding cleaning Neds or maintenance issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' homes and belongings.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and thoroughness.
• Manage time effectively to complete jobs within the scheduled window.
• Report supply shortages, equipment issues, or home access problems quickly.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Use cleaning products safely and according to instructions.
• Follow company policies regarding conduct, safety, and client interaction.
• Collaborate with fellow cleaners and management to complete jobs efficiently.
• Support team members as needed for large homes or special projects. Qualifications :
• This position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time, lift 20 or more pounds. and perform strenuous labor regularly
• Possesses a strong work ethic along with time management and interpersonal skills
• Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
• Preference for house cleaners with 1+ years experience, but not required Compensation : $18- $22 hourly
