You'll be preparing shipping documents, coordinating freight, handling DMV paperwork, and maintaining organized sales records. The position also includes supporting company marketing efforts, including social media updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Process shipments accurately in the ERP system
- Create packing slips and confirm shipping details with customers
- Coordinate with freight brokers to schedule shipments
- Handle DMV paperwork and obtain necessary documentation
- Maintain organized files and records for sales transactions
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with updating and maintaining social media accounts
