A company is looking for a Benefit Marketing Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts for clients, assessing competitiveness and viability of benefit packages
Develop RFPs and marketing presentations based on carrier proposals to align with client objectives
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure alignment with strategic business goals
Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating carrier contracts
Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects
Technically proficient with advanced Excel skills and experience using digital tools
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred
