Job Description:


Health Care 4 All is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for private duty, long-term care in Orlando, Florida. This is a 8 to 12-hour shift position providing one-on-one care in a home setting. Youll care for medically complex clients, including pediatric and adult patients, delivering individualized, high-quality care as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight, one-on-one skilled nursing care in Orlando, FL
• Monitor and respond to changes in client health status
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document all nursing care accurately
• Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
• Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards
• Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First Aid) if needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida (Required)
• Fluent in Spanish (Required)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in home environments
• Availability for 8 to12-hour shifts in Orlando, FL 32824

Preferred Experience:

• Private duty, home health, or long-term care (LTC) experience
• Pediatric or medically fragile patient care
• Familiarity with G-tubes, trach care, or ventilators a plus
