A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to assist with inbound customer calls and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries

Promote additional products during customer interactions

Assist customers with various requests, including refunds and order placements

Required Qualifications

12 months or more of customer service experience

Ability to work in a virtual environment

Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens

Must provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
