Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Fremont, California

A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students during the 2025-2026 school year in Fremont, CA. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work directly with a diverse caseload in a satellite program, providing vital assistance to classroom instruction and lunch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral support to up to 28 students within the satellite program setting
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement behavior intervention plans throughout the school day
• Monitor student progress and document data accurately to inform instructional decisions
• Provide consistent support during instructional periods and lunch breaks, maintaining a safe and positive environment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children requiring behavioral support, preferably in school settings
• Ability to manage multiple students with varying needs effectively
• Strong communication skills to engage with educators, students, and families

Schedule and Location:

• Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Position available ASAP through June 5, 2026
• Located in Fremont, California
