A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer responsible for supporting the definition, configuration, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and integrate APS software applications supporting manufacturing and production planning processes
Assist in evaluating existing systems and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend technical enhancements
Provide first-line technical and reporting support during and after solution deployment, ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Experience or academic exposure to T-SQL, SQL-based reporting, and .NET development
U.S. citizenship and fluency in spoken and written English
Strong interest in technology, data analytics, and manufacturing operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
