Senior Director of Corporate Development

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and strategic transactions, coordinating diligence across various departments

Serve as a liaison with external advisors during transaction execution

Build and review valuation models and support internal governance processes related to deal approval

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

8-12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic finance, particularly in pharmaceuticals or healthcare

Experience in leading complex strategic transactions, including M&A and divestitures

Strong financial and valuation skills with excellent project management capabilities

Scientific and analytical fluency to understand technical product information and R&D data
