The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a versatile HR partner responsible for a wide range of HR functions that support the employee experience, operational excellence, and organizational growth. This role will work closely with the CHRO—an experienced and supportive mentor—and play a key role in nurturing and maintaining our culture as we scale. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, has a proven ability to effectively prioritize and be highly adaptable, technically savvy and eager to contribute both strategically and hands-on.
Worksite Location: Northeast/St. Anthony Main. Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
General HR & Culture - Serve as a strategic and tactical HR partner across the organization, supporting employee relations, engagement, and development.
- Participate as a key member of the Culture Advisory Team, helping shape initiatives that reinforce our strong culture.
- Support community involvement and engagement efforts.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll - Support the CHRO with compensation and benefits strategy.
- Serve as the backup for payroll processing; knowledge of Paylocity is a plus.
Recruiting & Talent Strategy - Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the company.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and drive hiring success.
HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and state employment laws across 9 states.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation.
- Leverage HR technology to improve processes; technical savvy is essential.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
Required Skills and Experience: - 5+ years of progressive HR experience; generalist or business partner background preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude: experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and AI tools.
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law.
- Strong experience with compensation programs; executive compensation exposure a plus.
