Contract Compliance Manager/Night Manager

The Contract Compliance Manager (CCM) is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors (IC). The CCM must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc. The CCM must also be able to exercise good judgement in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others in order to best meet the client's needs. • Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff by communicating client priorities and collaborating to solve problems.
• Communicate with Facilities Solutions Manager daily regarding any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Use company CRM platform in accordance with daily duties.
• Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
• Other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• · High school diploma required or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
• · 2 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or off site locations.
• · Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Spanish speaking a major plus·
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• · Must be able to work at night – hours may range anywhere between 5pm – 2am (depending upon the specific needs on any particular day).
• · MS Office, Internet skills required.

Benefits

• Compensation: Rate of pay will be $25 per hour, with a guarantee of 20 hours per week, and auto reimbursement. City Wide employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. You are also eligible to earn a $150 monthly bonus, based on client retention (after 60 days of employment).
• Paid Time Off: PTO is accrued each pay period as determined by the state of California. You are eligible to use PTO after 90 days of employment.
• Health Benefits (eligible after 90 days of employment): Our health, dental, vision, voluntary life, disability, and supplemental plans begin on the first day of the month after 90 days of full-time employment and a minimum of 30 work hours per week.
