[job_card.job_description]Work on-site at the office as required to support daily operations. Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close Interview prospective loan applicants and assist them in finding the best loan products for their needs Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies Decide the creditworthiness and complete the mortgage loan application by working with the borrower to obtain necessary and verified financial documentation, such as credit reports Proven track record of acting as an effective liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and underwriters. Strong organizational skills to assemble and submit comprehensive loan packages for approval or denial. Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation of the loan process in our system. Familiarity with banking and regulatory guidelines to ensure loan file compliance with policies and standards. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, etc). Comfortable with working with multiple loan officers. Experience with different loan programs - (Conventional, FHA, VA, NonQM, Private). Experience working with different Lenders. Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 2+ years loan processing experience required We prefer an Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required

This role plays a critical part in managing loan files, coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, and lenders, and ensuring loans move efficiently from submission through closing. This is an in-office position , requiring regular on-site collaboration with the Loan Titan team.
