Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted adviser to Azure Managed Services customers, ensuring growth and satisfaction
Monitor incidents and manage customer systems in Azure, coordinating with support teams
Perform quarterly business reviews and implement best practices for customer environments
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant experience in cloud operations or technical support
Strong experience in Kubernetes and Linux environments
Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of Azure systems
AZ-104 certification required
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
