Salesforce CX Cloud Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CX Cloud Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Cloud and CX Cloud to design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, mentor development teams, and deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions using cutting-edge Salesforce technologies. Responsibilities Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality. Architect and implement integrations with external systems and communication platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Twilio, or similar, leveraging APIs and middleware tools including Mulesoft, Boomi, or Apigee. Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and business processes to meet organizational needs. Oversee testing, deployments, and CI / CD pipelines using tools like Copado, while maintaining technical documentation and providing ongoing application support. Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to guide technical strategy and deliver effective solutions. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Minimum of eight years of Salesforce experience with strong exposure to CX Cloud and proven hands-on experience with Financial Cloud. Advanced skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, along with expertise in solution design, architecture, and mentoring teams. Strong experience integrating Salesforce with communication platforms such as Genesys, Five9, Twilio, Amazon Connect or similar and external systems using APIs and middleware. Proficiency with deployment tools such as Copado and CI / CD practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desired Skills Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Salesforce certifications related to Architecture or Financial Services Cloud.
