THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee a team of 4 and daily activities regarding operations and engineering functions.
• Provide technical support to them and to ensure that customers are provided with top-notch services.
• Act as a liaison between team and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and implement network and systems to meet company and customer goals.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ Years Experience, or combination of both.
• Strong knowledge in the following: Microsoft Office, L3-L7 of the OSI Model, Next Gen Firewalls, Cisco Routers and Switches, APs, Routing Protocols.
• Make recommendations to improve performance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
