THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PRESCHOOL TEACHER

You'll work a consistent, full-time schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, providing stability to both your day and the children you'll serve. All hours are onsite with no split shifts or weekend requirements.

Each day, you will provide a safe and nurturing space for two-year-old children, planning and implementing activities that help them build early language skills, motor skills, self-help abilities, and social awareness. Your mornings will start by welcoming children into a structured classroom, guiding them through daily routines such as meals, diapering or toileting, rest periods, and smooth transitions between activities. You'll supervise, support, and document their progress throughout the day, communicating updates with families and administration. Your commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant classroom will ensure a healthy environment that exceeds licensing, health, and safety regulations.

OUR IDEAL PRESCHOOL TEACHER

• 12 ECE units completed
• Experience working with toddlers (ages 1.5–3) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Familiarity with California Community Care Licensing (CCL) regulations and health & safety standards
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, patient, and professional approach
