Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians who will take charge of both preventative and corrective maintenance within our advanced manufacturing facility. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, addressing breakdowns, diagnosing issues, and executing necessary repairs on machinery and equipment. Given that this is a heavily automated facility, a significant portion of the equipment is driven by PLCs and robotics, specifically Omron and Siemens PLCs and 6-axis robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on all industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC and robotic-driven machinery.
• Diagnose equipment problems and develop repair plans.
• Manage breakdowns and perform necessary repairs on machinery.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems driven by hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in PLC maintenance and troubleshooting, specifically Omron and Siemens PLCs.
• Experience with 6-axis robotics and automation.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform automation troubleshooting and PLC programming.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Smyrna, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $78956.00/yr.

Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance Vision Dental 401k match up to 6% PTO- caps out at 5 weeks but is an accrual process based on how long you're there 14 paid holidays Maintenance is hourly- so receive time and half for any hours over 40
