A company is looking for a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer - DB2 Physical.

Key Responsibilities

Provide DB2 Systems Programmer support and services, including database software upgrades and administration

Perform day-to-day database maintenance and optimizations, including backups and monitoring performance

Assist in customer migration services and adhere to ITSM change control procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

10+ years of professional experience in DB2 Systems Programming support

Knowledge of software management best practices and SMP / e experience

Experience configuring and managing DB2 in a parallel Sysplex environment

Ability to develop strategies and evaluate change requests impacting clients
