Buyer / Planner

This role supports the planning, sourcing, and shipment of materials, components, and finished goods for custom HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem solver with a passion for supply chain who thrives in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to develop innovative solutions
• Plan raw material delivery schedules, production, and finished good shipments.
• Purchase HVAC components such as fans, coils, filters, dampers, pumps, etc.
• Discover and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and lead time.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand supply chain needs.
• Help manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and procurement records.
• Navigate ERP systems and contribute to supply chain improvements.
• Coordinate shipments to and from the manufacturing facility.

Preferred Experience
