We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Coaches to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.Position SummaryAs a Learning Coach at Eardley Education Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing research-based, multisensory interventions for reading, comprehension, executive functioning and math to our students. You will work with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, implementing custom-created lesson plans designed by our Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in these skills. These lessons may be delivered in-person at one of our learning centers, the student's home, or virtually through our platform, Lessonspace. Training is provided and travel between students is reimbursable.Key Responsibilities- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.- Track and monitor student progress and communicate with instructional leaders, and the students parents or guardians as necessary.- Maintain accurate records of learning sessions, student performance, and attendance- Some travel within Miami-Dade or Broward County is required.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field- Previous tutoring or teaching experience- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute in Miami-Dade- Full or part-time availability; weekend availability preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.- Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.Job Types : Full-time, Part-timePay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours : 15 40 per weekBenefits : Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance401k matchingAvailable Schedules : 8 hour shiftAfterschool shiftDay shiftWeekends as neededEardley Education Solutions, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
