Independent Psychiatrist

Wage : Between $119-$239 an hour

About the role

This opportunity is designed for licensed psychiatrists interested in either launching or expanding their private practice. At Headway, we provide you with the necessary tools, resources, and support to streamline your operations and focus on delivering high-quality care on your own terms.

About you

  • You hold a valid psychiatrist license along with a DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification, a current NPI number , and malpractice insurance.
  • You seek to start or grow your private practice while enjoying full control over your schedule, client load, and work environment.
  • We accept MD / DO licenses based on each state’s requirements.

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You will retain full autonomy over your practice, including the ability to set your hours and manage your caseload.
  • Currently, Headway is unable to support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application was rejected due to incomplete licensure, feel free to reapply once you obtain a valid license.
