Salesforce Developer – Direct Hire
Location : Oklahoma City, OK
Compensation : $95,000–$105,000 (no bonus) DOE
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match
Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without assistance.
Our client in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their growing team on a direct-hire basis. This group is building out a new internal initiative after transitioning away from a third-party implementation. They are bringing Salesforce development fully in-house and anticipate continued team growth next year.
The Salesforce Developer will work closely with a technical Business Analyst and will be responsible for both backend development and contributing to the overall architecture and customization of the Salesforce environment.

Role Overview
- Partner closely with a technical Business Analyst to understand requirements, data processing needs, and system integrations.
- Support a major initiative to internalize Salesforce development after reverting changes made by an external vendor.
- Work within a Salesforce environment still maturing outside of Marketing Cloud—offering high visibility and growth opportunities.
- Handle manual configurations and customizations typically performed by an admin.
- Develop backend components using APEX, Salesforce’s backend programming language.
