As a local, family owned franchise, Hot Chicken Idaho, LLC is excited to bring this extremely successful concept from Los Angeles to the Treasure Valley at 3450 N Eagle Road in Meridian, ID. Job Description:
- Full Time Position
- Responsible and accountable for working closely with the management team to ensure that Team Members are performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the Restaurant, including Guest Service, Food prep, Restaurant cleanliness, and Teamwork.
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, including ability to close and work weekends INCLUDING SUNDAY when needed.
- Must have previous experience as a Restaurant Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager.
- Must be at least 19 years old, have reliable transportation to work, and must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating.
- Shift Leaders my be asked to submit to a background check.
All Shift Leaders will receive
- Base wages $19/hour + pooled tips
- Uniform and 30% discount on Skecher's non-slip shoes
- Free meals when you're working and 50% off when you're not
- 50% subsidy towards Employee Health Insurance and Two weeks Paid Time Off
