What You Will Contribute
  • Conduct a variety of routine and advanced lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while following established laboratory protocols.
  • Review and interpret results with keen accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and maintain laboratory instruments through proper calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Support specimen collection efforts and meticulously prepare samples for testing when required.
  • Document all laboratory procedures in detail, provide training for new team members and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment by adhering to compliance requirements and safety regulations.
Education Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health science degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certification Requirements
  • Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
  • Keeping certification current for the duration of your career with us.
