Hybrid Wilmington MA 2-3 days. Is preferred

With full-stack skills as well as experience deploying or working with Azure services. Resource must be 50 / 50 balance between front-end and back-end capabilities.

Must be local to go onsite 2-3 days a week in Wilmington MA.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of full-stack development experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
  • Proven ability to work across front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact.

Skills & Competencies :

Core Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Azure services (App Services Azure SQL Key Vault Functions DevOps Pipelines).
  • Experience with React (or Angular / Vue) REST APIs and modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Solid backend development in C# Java Python or .
  • Knowledge of CI / CD and Git-based development workflows.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and build scalable front-end experiences using React or equivalent frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize backend APIs and services using Python
  • Implement secure and performant solutions in Azure including Azure App Services Azure Functions ADF APIM and Azure SQL.
  • Work collaboratively with product owners business users and architects to shape requirements based on user intent and outcomes.
  • Apply contextual awareness to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical designs.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on reusability extensibility and alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Be a flexible and adaptable member of a highly productive agile team.
  • Leverage Cursor and other AI tools for productivity but maintain judgment in quality value and solution fit.
