Construction Estimator

We are actively seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction estimating and a strong ability to read plans, perform take-offs, and develop accurate cost estimates. The Estimator will play a key role in supporting bidding efforts and ensuring projects are competitively and accurately priced.

Key Responsibilities

Review construction plans, specifications, and project documentation

Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material selections

Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

Research vendor pricing and evaluate special project conditions

Prepare, compile, and submit bids within required deadlines

Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Support post-award handoff to project management teams

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or 1–5 years of related construction experience

(sheet metal, waterproofing, roofing, or similar construction fields)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, CAD drawings, and work orders

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Proficiency with email and basic computer applications

Ability to perform light lifting (up to 15 lbs) and occasional office mobility
