Job Description
The Customer Reliability Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer partnerships by working closely at customer facilities. This position involves conducting independent evaluations of seals and equipment, making informed recommendations under the guidance of the account manager and / or regional engineer. You will also lead a team of customer reliability personnel.
The candidate must be willing to travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
