We are seeking a Clinical Nurse II to help create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for patients, families, and colleagues. In our 21-bed unit, you'll care for individuals with conditions such as strokes, brain tumors, seizures, and traumatic brain injuries, alongside patients in our specialized Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. This is a great opportunity for new graduates to start their nursing career.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care as required by policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in all aspects of patient care management.
• Provide emergency and primary care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel while maintaining high nursing standards.
