We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Representative to join our Administrative department in a fully virtual, full-time capacity. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data and supports various operational tasks. As a critical member of our team, you will work remotely to process and manage data efficiently while maintaining strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and verify data into company systems and databases.
• Organize and maintain digital records and documents.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and report any data inconsistencies or errors to the appropriate team members.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete data-related projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information handled.
• Follow company and department policies, ensuring regulatory and privacy compliance.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

75,000 - 85,000 USD per hour(Remote (Providence, Rhode Island, US))
