Job Summary :

Join our client as a Business Analyst 3 in Pomona, CA, where you'll play a crucial role in analyzing contractor personnel data and supporting business area migrations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to enhance cybersecurity and phishing programs.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of contractor personnel data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the migration of business areas into the Field & Contractor Oversight program.
• Identify business needs and develop provisioning job templates.
• Verify timely and accurate implementation of changes.
• Analyze cybersecurity and phishing data to identify trends.
• Support senior advisors in reporting to vendors and leadership.

Skills Required :

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
• Experience analyzing large data sets with multiple attributes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education Requirement :

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
