DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Coordination - As-Needed at the discretion of the Project Director / Project Manager. Scope of work may include but not limited to the following :
• Provide analytical support and serve as the main point of contact and project subject matter expert to the Project Director / Project Manager, and Staff for the Phone System and A / V migration projects.
• Planning, Project Schedule Creation, Tracking, and Management; Quality, Scope & Change Management.
• Assist with overseeing project-related functions as-needed.
• Coordinate site visits and requirement gathering sessions.
• Document requirements for business processes and applications.
• Responsible for drafting agenda items and preparing and distributing meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Engagement Management : Implement and oversee communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report out on project status; identify and report out on project constraints, including advising and implementing mitigation strategies to help keep project milestone dates and schedules on track.
• Maintain records for system documentation.
• Develop end user communications plan.
• Possess intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Advanced experience using Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with documenting requirements for infrastructure migration projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Phone System, A / V implementations or equivalent technology implementation and migration projects.
