Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Medical Assistant (MA) to join the team through 2025. This role will primarily support physicians and clinical staff by assisting with procedures and handling scope reprocessing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in procedural support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform scope reprocessing duties in accordance with department and safety protocols
• Check-in patients, verify information, and prepare for procedures
• Assist providers during endoscopic and related procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam and procedure rooms
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with nursing and provider staff to support high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program
• Epic and Front Desk Experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with scope reprocessing equipment and protocols
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum 2 years MA experience required
