Ensures that all guests are comfortable and offers refreshments to guests as they wait for sales presentations. Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. Creates, logs, and expedites premiums (gifts) for site marketing programs. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Specialist Sales Front Desk: Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
