The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible  Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transporting staff to and from Poughkeepsie facility to Pawling facility. Weekend availability a MUST.

Key Responsibilities :

Transport Staff members : Safely transport staff to / from the facility from a designated location.

Adaptability : Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.

Ensure Comfort & Safety : Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all staff members

Communication : Communicate effectively with facility staff to ensure all needs are met.

Resident Driver Requirements :

Flexible Availability : Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 5 AM

Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Dependable & Responsible : Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.

Team Player : Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with facility staff.

Professional References : Must have professional references available.
