Job Title : Land Development Engineer Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead multi-discipline designs for public and private site development projects. This role involves all aspects of projects from conceptual planning to detailed design and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil / site engineering designs and plans for jurisdictional approval and permitting.
• Collaborate with designers and other Project Managers to complete projects effectively.
• Complete tasks and assignments within the time frames and budgets set for each project.
• Develop engineering solutions using design standards and document these solutions accurately.
• Ensure project development aligns with budget constraints and design criteria.
• Conduct QA / QC processes to meet client requirements before project delivery.
• Attend meetings with clients to provide project status updates.
• Mentor less experienced staff to enhance their development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00 / yr.
