Job Description

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead estimating efforts for multiple concurrent projects, primarily ground-up
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, and subcontractors during preconstruction
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate pricing
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain historical cost data and update pricing databases
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Report directly to the Director of Preconstruction
