Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to improve health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes

Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements

Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are integrated into system design

Required Qualifications

Three or more years of Business Analyst experience

One or more years of Medicaid experience; Member Eligibility experience is a plus

Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis software

Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
