Our client is currently seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service

Title: Lead Representative - Customer Service
Location: Weston, FL

About the Role

The Lead Representative - Customer Service is a highly proficient, quality-focused contributor responsible for producing accurate Pre-Operative Surgical Plans that support robotically assisted orthopedic procedures. This role is primarily focused on individual production, meeting defined team and departmental targets while adhering strictly to established processes and quality standards.

You will work with advanced imaging data and specialized software to create digital anatomical models and pre-operative plans used in robotic total hip and total knee replacement surgeries.

What You'll Do

  • Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system.
  • Review CT scans for compliance with Mako Surgical protocols.
  • Segment CT scans using specialized software to generate 3D anatomical bone models.
  • Develop pre-operative surgical plans for robotically assisted total hip and knee replacement procedures.
  • Review CT segmentations and surgical plans for accuracy, including anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Upload completed pre-operative plans to field-based personnel.
  • Accurately document all activities in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent education (Associate's degree or higher).
  • Proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Materialise Mimics.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Certification or experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).
  • Nursing certification or related healthcare background.
  • Completion of college-level anatomy coursework.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
