Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

• Conducts/delegates the assessment and reassessment of patient, including updating of care plan and interpreting patient needs, while adhering to Company, physician, and/or health facility procedures/policies
• Instructs and guides caregivers to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services, and is available to assist caregivers as appropriate
• Coordinates communication between team members and manager
• Analyzes situations, identifies problems, identifies and evaluates alternative courses of action through the utilization of Performance Improvement principles
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
• Assist with providing personal care, checking vitals signs or administering prescription medication
• Ability to direct patient on healthy lifestyle encouragement

Required Experience/Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Proof of current CPR
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-Time, 4 hour shifts

Salary: From $40.00-$45.00 per hour
