Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with management to implement preventive maintenance programs.
