Hiring Company : We are a 10 year old remote staffing business with a fully remote team of 100+ employees. We started as a customer service agency, but have leveraged our client experience and technical acumen to become the industry's first AI empowered (human) virtual assistant service.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant empowered by AI tools to support a range of marketing initiatives and general operations. This role requires someone who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Support (50%)

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
• Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create marketing reports and track campaign performance
• Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads
• Manage digital assets and marketing materials
• Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

General Operations Assistance (50%)
